Since 2000, we have been Tucson’s destination for used musical instruments & equipment, repairs, records/vinyl, folding bikes, and more. We buy, sell, and trade used equipment – so bring in your old gear and trade up for something new, or get cash! No matter what you might be looking for, we have something you’ll love.
*bikes are only eligible for in-store credit and cannot be sold for cash at cycle to-go. music equipment is eligible for both cash and trade.

Metro Gnome Music has everything you need for school instrument rentals for students in band and orchestra programs. We provide affordable, high-quality pre-owned musical instruments which we refurbish and maintain ourselves. Minor adjustments and repairs are promptly provided for no additional charge to our rental customers. We are trained and experienced in the repair of musical instruments and can offer competitive rates for repairs.
Our store offers a wide range of parts and accessories. Mouthpieces, sticks, reeds, cases – you name it, we have it!
We also carry bicycles – including folding bikes by Brompton, Tern, & Montague, as well as used bicycles that we have received in trade. Check out our other page Cycle To-Go for more info.

The only musical media we sell is vinyls – we do not sell CDs, tapes, etc. anymore.
No. The owner of the Stereo Hospital business has retired, and the Hospital is no longer in business.

We started out selling music gear, and expanded to sell bikes. We specialize in used musical instruments and accessories on the music side, and electric and folding bikes on the bike side.
We do our transactions through PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to check out.
We box things up as soon as we receive payment. Orders can take longer if placed on Tuesdays and Sundays when we are closed. We do our best to get shipments out in a timely manner.
Yes! You will receive an invoice and a shipping confirmation whenever we get your package out via PayPal if you enter your e-mail address at checkout.
